What is processed
- Hosting: the site is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical request data (browser, time, page) in short-lived logs. Legal basis: legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Visitor statistics: if enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying you or storing your IP address.
- Email: if you write to us, your email address and message are used only to answer you and to correct the site, and are deleted when no longer needed. Mail is received through Cloudflare Email Routing and Google Gmail.
- Fonts and images are served from this site itself. Nothing is loaded from Google or other third parties.
People named on this site
Cases describe the official conduct of public officials and public figures, based on public records and published reporting. Purely private individuals are not pictured. If you are named and believe something is wrong or out of date, write to corrections@publictrusttracker.org.
Your rights
